The brothers of the Dover (DE) Alumni Chapter held their 2023 Planning Retreat on August 5th. The retreat focused on a recap of the 2023 Grand Chapter Meeting; strategic planning for the upcoming fraternal year; brainstorming exercises; bonding exercises; and the installation of committee chairmen. Brothers received additional insight into Kappa Alpha Psi history during a presentation by the author and historian Brother Earle C. Mitchell, III and brothers were encouraged to pursue continuous learning opportunities via the University of Delaware's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) during a presentation by Mrs. Ingram.
Chapter Polemarch Tracy Chamblee remarked, "Our chapter retreat was full of energy, fun, humor, and that Good Ole Kappa Spirit." The well attended retreat served as the kickoff to the 2023-2024 Fraternal Year.
