On Sunday, January 14th, the Dover (DE) Alumni Chapter partnered with the Wilmington (DE) Alumni Chapter for the annual Joint Founders' Day Banquet. It was a joyful event and celebration of the reverence of ten great men one hundred thirteen (113) years ago. The event's keynote speaker, Brother Mark Tatum, NBA Deputy Commissioner, delivered an inspirational speech and blessed brothers in attendance with gems of wisdom from his journey as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Brothers in attendance had the privilege to be in the company of four brothers with more than 50 years in the bond including our very own, Brother Herman Wood. The eldest brother had 75 years of service, Brother William Wallace. Awards were issued and laughs were abundant. The event featured great music; food; fellowship; and fun!
